The stable home trainer AL 1 Black Edition is equipped with a 9 kg magnetic braking system for free training and a whisper-quiet flat belt drive to ensure a quiet workout with very good rotation behaviour. The pedalling resistance is adjustable in 8 levels thanks to the resistance regulation.

The computer is used from a support for tablet and smartphone. The ease of use and the large LCD screen - including support for the tablet and smartphone - allow for easy reading of the display values and can be easily controlled with a simple touch. The manual pulse sensors are built into the handlebars and allow for pulse training during the workout. The handlebars and seat are horizontal support bars that offer an individual training position in height and horizontally, allowing for a customized training position. The non-slip pedals with a separate safety strap ensure a stable foot position while pedalling. The front transport rollers allow for easy movement, and thanks to the height-adjustable foot caps, a secure hold of the device is guaranteed.
