The stable exercise bike is equipped with a 9 kg wear-free magnetic brake system and a silent flat belt drive to allow for quiet training with excellent rotational performance. The pedal resistance is adjustable in 8 levels with resistance regulation. The computer is used from a tablet and smartphone holder. The ease of use and the large LCD screen - including the tablet and smartphone holder - make it easy to read the displayed values and are easily operated by simple touch. Manual heartbeat sensors are integrated into the handlebar and allow for heart rate training during exercise. The handlebars and seat are horizontal support bars that offer an individual training position in height and horizontal adjustment, allowing for a customized training position. The non-slip pedals with a separate safety strap ensure a stable foot position while pedaling. The front transport wheels allow for easy relocation and, thanks to height-adjustable feet, a secure position of the device is guaranteed.

Home fitness training with the AL 1 means: simple and weather-independent cycling training for physical strengthening as well as targeted cardiovascular or endurance training with heart rate monitoring.
