With the Total Exerciser TE 1000, you can easily, safely, and effectively train almost all muscle groups with just a few exercises. This complete training device features a large comfortable training cushion that glides smoothly on the frame thanks to ball bearings. Your own body weight serves as resistance and can be increased by adding optional weight discs on the cushion cart. By adjusting the incline angle in 5 steps, the resistance range can be set from light to difficult. With the handles, you can perform numerous pulling exercises to the sides, forwards, and backwards.

A targeted workout for the upper body, arms, chest, shoulders, abdomen, back, hips, and legs is therefore possible with a personal load. The separate and comprehensive training manual provides information on the type and execution of the exercises. This way, you can create your own training plan and train for muscle gain as well as strength and endurance through a complete training program.

Upon delivery, the TE 1000 is almost fully assembled and can be used immediately after unfolding. Thanks to the folding mechanism, the training device can also be quickly folded for space-saving storage.
