Foldable and space-saving

Your treadmill provides a pleasant sense of space even in the tightest spots. With the simple and innovative folding feature of the Q. Your training data are important parameters that provide you with information during your workout. The modern computer clearly displays the following values in large: distance, pulse, speed, program, duration, calories, and incline.

A virtual running encounter: compatible with Kinomap and ZWIFT

You can start with fitness apps virtually through the "live experience" and benefit from new running impulses. Install the Kinomap and ZWIFT apps on your tablet. Then, connect to the Q.VADIS 7.0's computer via Bluetooth in a flash. You get a unique training atmosphere and an unparalleled live course experience. With ZWIFT, you can explore fascinating landscapes surrounded by an international community of runners. Cover your kilometers together and train with other athletes from around the world. Your virtual avatar will break a sweat, and you'll discover breathtaking routes thanks to ZWIFT.

Your smartphone or tablet will automatically recharge via the built-in USB port during your workout. The integrated speakers also provide acoustic motivation during training.

Plenty of space to run

The running surface of 152 x 51 cm offers ample space and provides the necessary freedom of movement to cover your kilometers. Thanks to its sturdy construction, it gives runners with a body weight of up to 150 kg an authentic running sensation. The optimal width of 51 cm ensures perfect conditions for safe training. Additionally, the running surface provides excellent grip for all your sprints.

Joint-friendly training

The Super Soft anti-vibration running surface and the 6-point cushioning system give you a realistic running feeling. The movement is gentle on the joints and feels like running on a forest path. With the innovative technology of the treadmill, you can complete longer training sessions pleasantly and comfortably.

Incline and decline function

The Q.VADIS 7.0 treadmill motor has a high power of 3 HP and a speed range of 0.3 to 22 km/h. The incline can be increased up to 12% during running workouts and is controlled effortlessly with the +/- buttons on the console. You can integrate inclines into your training and increase workout intensity.

Heart rate increase

Keep your heart rate in view throughout your workout. The Q.VADIS 7.0 features integrated touch heart rate sensors to measure your pulse. When you grip the touch heart rate sensors, you get your current heart rate. Alternatively, using an optional chest strap for heart rate measurement also allows you to display your heart rate. The pulse receiver is already integrated.

Ongoing program variety

30 complete training programs are available for your running sessions. Each program is divided into 10 sections, and each section allows you to cover 200 meters. Once you complete the 10 sections, the training program repeats. The Q.VADIS 7.0 allows you to train safely based on your defined heart rate. For this purpose, touch heart rate sensors available on the treadmill's console allow for quick and convenient measurement during training.
