Why has the price of my item changed on the website ?

Our product prices may change from day to day depending on sales periods, our agreements with brands, stock levels, and our pricing policy. This is why you may see price variations, sometimes significant, between two dates.

If your order was placed before a promotion or price change, the difference cannot be refunded : the amount charged corresponds to the price in effect at the time the order was validated.

However, if your order has not yet been prepared or shipped, you can request its cancellation in order to place a new order and benefit from the new price.*

*Please note: in the event of cancellation, we cannot guarantee that the product will still be available at the time of the new order, as availability depends on demand and real-time stock levels.
